Why do you charge a conversion fee?
To produce an embroidered logo we have to manually redraw the logo in a format that is suitable for our embroidery machines to replicate.
To produce a printed logo we have to convert images into a format suitable for cutting or printing. If the image is low quality or not compatible, then we have to redraw the image using computer software.
The conversion fee is in place to cover the cost of this.
Do you charge VAT?
We do not charge VAT!
